You can only download the iOS version in Apple App Store or the Android version in Google Play Store.
Can I use the app without our bluetooth scale?
You can browse the brewing guides from others on our app even if you do not own our bluetooth scale. However you can enjoy the app to the full extent and unlock all features only if you possess our scale.

You can purchase our scale on our website shortly. Stay tuned.
Can I use the app with my own bluetooth scale?
No - currently the app only integrates with our Blackcoffee.io scale.
Where is the product shipped to and how long does it take?
We ship locally to Hong Kong and internationally to most countries. Local delivery will usually take 3 - 7 business days while international delivery will take 7 - 21 business days. Certain destination postal operations are still under the influence of the pandemic and delays in mail delivery may be expected.
